On October 30, 2019, Tori Harrison received a call from the Livingston Parish School Board and they informed her that her daughter had ingested semen-based cupcakes that her middle school teacher Cynthia Perkins had baked and brought in for her class. They brought 150 charges against Cynthia Perkins and they sentenced her to 41 years in prison. Her husband and ex-police officer, Dennis Perkins, are still awaiting trial.
Cupcakes for the Class
On two separate occasions, November 2018 and May 2019, JANE DOE (privacy redacted) was served cupcakes laced with her husband's semen and prepared by her teacher while in class.
From the lawsuit filed against the husband Dennis Perkins, Jane Doe suffered from:
- fear of AIDS
- fear of communicable diseases
- emotional distress
- loss of enjoyment of life
- nausea
- other damages to be shown at trial (upcoming)
Cynthia Perkins was accused of
- participating in the adulterating of food
- serving adulterated food to her students, including Jane Doe
- negligently inflicting emotional harm on plaintiffs
- violating the laws of Louisiana, including but not limited to serving adulterated food
- committing battery upon plaintiff
Cop Cakes
To make this story even more disgusting, we find out that Cynthia's husband, Dennis Perkins, had served as a police officer for the Livingston Parish Police Department since 2002.
Perkins was a lieutenant on the LPSO SWAT team and had taken part in teaching children about the dangers of narcotics and firearms. From 2014 to 2019, Dennis and his wife accumulated 150 charges including the forced rape of children under age 13 and even beastiality.
Tickle Monster
Shockingly, past accusations have surfaced claiming that Dennis Perkins "inappropriately touched an underage girl" in a 2014 incident involving another deputy's stepdaughter.
Although the Louisiana State Police determined from a "verbal investigation" that their LT. Dennis Perkins "did not commit a crime", a counselor testified the pervert engaged in "grooming behaviour".
"My stepdaughter at the time went to Denny Perkins house for a sleepover," Webb [the stepfather] told WBRZ Chief Investigator Chris Nakamoto. "She was friends with another child. Sometime in the night, Denny Perkins climbed into bed with her and another child."
"When we found out about it the next day, we were concerned and red flags," Webb said. "We brought it to a counselor and learned other inappropriate behavior took place. He would chase her in a room...hold her down and play tickle monster."
Police Intimidation
When the accuser, also a deputy, confronted Dennis Perkins, he was threatened and intimidated.
"I went to Livingston and sat in his office and told him no laws were broken but it was inappropriate," Webb recalled. "Highly inappropriate. Told him I didn't want Denny Perkins anywhere around my family, stepdaughter or wife."
"I left the meeting, it was a day or two later, and my family went to the gas station and Denny Perkins pulls around and ‘slow rolls’ around them," Webb said. "To me that's intimidation."
Sprinkles On Top
To lower the bar even more, we find out that Dennis Perkins also had a mistress, Melanie Curtain, who is also a sexual predator.
On November 8th 2014, Curtain and Perkins took part in the drugging and rape of a female adult.
The video, taken via a cell phone, shows both Curtain and Perkins raping an unconscious female who, even after the incident, was completely unaware of the event.
“When I learned about it (the video), I couldn’t even wrap my brain around it,” she said. “I didn’t think it was possible. “When I saw parts of that video, I wanted to literally die.”
And that's all folks, this story made me sick. Plus, it ruined cupcakes for me.
