Mom’s Boyfriend Arrested – ‘human decomposition’ smell in truck after 15-year-old girl found dead
Riley Crossman,15, was found deceased in near the West Virginia mountains
Andy J. McCualey Jr. (the boyfriend of Riley’s mother) is in custody arrested for her murder
Andy J. McCauley Jr. has been arrested and charged with the murder of his girlfriend’s 15-year-old daughter, Riley Crossman after police found the teen’s decomposing body the morning of May 16, 2019.

McCauley was considered a suspect since the first day and was under police surveillance until the arrest. McCauley initially told police that he traveled to a construction job on May 8, but according to the police, was not listed that day of leaving his job site.
McCauley later claimed that he went to purchase cocaine, but when pressed couldn’t give any information on the location or names of dealers for verification.
Riley Crossman’s remains were found by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources “over an embankment in a rural mountain road section.”
